Because our products are instantly-delivered digital downloads, we’re not able to offer refunds simply for a change of mind once a file has been delivered. We do, however, guarantee a working product — here’s how that works.
When We’ll Refund or Replace
We’ll issue a replacement file or a full refund if:
- Your download is corrupted or won’t open
- The download link failed and you were unable to receive your files
- You received the wrong file or product
When We Won’t Refund
We’re not able to offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after a successful download
- Not liking the sound/style of a track you previewed before buying
- Accidental duplicate purchases past 7 days (contact us within 7 days and we’ll sort it out)
