What files do I get?
320 kbps MP3s. Every track in a pack comes as a 15, 30 and 60 minute version, so a single-track pack is three files. The download link is in your receipt email and in My Account.
Can I use these in my YouTube videos and courses?
Yes — every purchase includes a full commercial use licence: royalty-free worldwide, for YouTube videos, podcasts, guided meditations, apps and online courses. See the Licensing page for the full terms.
Will I get a copyright claim?
Your commercial licence covers legitimate use, so a properly-licensed video shouldn’t trigger one. If a claim is ever raised in error, get in touch with your order number and we’ll help you dispute it.
My download failed. What now?
Contact us with your order number and we’ll send a fresh link or issue a refund if the file’s genuinely broken — covered under our refund policy for technical faults.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds and replacements are given for technical faults — a corrupted file, a failed download, or the wrong file delivered. As instant digital downloads, we can’t offer refunds for a change of mind after a successful download. Full details on the Refund and Returns Policy.
Which headphones do binaural tracks need?
Binaural beat tracks need stereo headphones (not speakers) — the effect relies on each ear hearing a slightly different frequency. Isochronic and Solfeggio tracks work fine through speakers.
